What payment methods do you accept?
I accept Paypal and credit cards via Stripe. Apparently it accepts a lot of credit cards from around the world, but you will have to try that out yourself.
I want to pay in my local currency (not USD). How do I do this?
All prices are in USD. Keep in mind your card's conversion fees before purchasing.
Will you ship to EU and UK?
Not on this storefront, but you may visit my Etsy shop (etsy.com/shop/shushuslss) to purchase the same items. Keep in my stickers in my Etsy shop are marked up because of the fees.
I made a mistake on my order. Can I cancel it?
You may cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it. To do so, please contact me with your order confirmation number.
How can I avoid customs fees?
Please check your country's laws on how not to avoid customs fees. If you have concerns about them, please contact me before ordering.
Does my package have tracking?
Letter mail (for stickers only): NO TRACKING if your sticker order is under $25. You can opt to include tracking if you select "With Tracking" at checkout.
Everything else will have USPS tracking.
International customers should have tracking throughout the entire delivery if their country is on this list
If your country isn't part of that program, you won't be able to track your package once it leaves the US.
What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
Please see Shipping and Returns for more information. This does not apply to packages lost in the mail!
My order is shipped out but I haven't received it yet. What happened?
Orders with tracking: Please contact your local post office first, especially if the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered. I can only do returns and refunds on packages that you have received.
Letter mail (US only, for sticker orders): USPS promises delivery time of 1-3 business days after I drop your letter off at the post office...occasionally they take longer than that. If you don't receive your sticker order within 6 business days of me sending the shipment notification, please give me a holler with your order number ready.
My charms have scratches and bubbles on them, why?
The charms should have protective film on both sides. The scratches you see are on the film. I personally like to buff on strong tape onto the film with a ruler, then quickly pull the tape off. This helps lift the film up, but if it doesn't work the first time try again.
