Shipping (Stickers)
I ship to US and Canada. I plan to ship internationally (except for EU and UK) eventually!
Stickers
US customers have free US letter mail, however there will be no tracking. You have an option to upgrade to First Class Package to get an actual tracking number.
Everything ElseEverything will be charged a flat rate. Please note that shipping charges stack up--see "Shipping Overage" on this page for more details.
Return/Refund Policy
You may request a return/refund within 14 days of receiving your package through medishurahan [at] gmail.com. Please have your order number ready. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you choose to return your item, you will have to pay for the shipping cost. I do not accept exchanges. Please note I can only issue refunds or returns if you've received the package.
Shipping Overage
Due to Bigcartel's lack of shipping calculator, some customers may end up paying far more in shipping than they actually need to, especially for Canadian customers and US customers who have charm+tote orders.
In these situations you have 2 options:
--Do nothing. 90% of the time I will catch and refund the shipping overage.
--Email me at medishurahan [at] gmail.com with a screenshot of your checkout page containing the shipping options. Most of the time I will tell you to proceed with checkout and I'll refund the overage, however if it's over your budget I will try to make a discount code for you within 24hrs. Note that items in cart DOES NOT reserve your order.
Order Cancellation
You have 24 hours to cancel your order. To do so, please email me through medishurahan [at] gmail.com to get the process started. Make sure you have your order number ready.
